What I Keep in my Natural First Aid Kit

I keep this little first aid kit in the car, and I can’t tell you how many times it has come in handy! Like for the time Gianni got stung by a jelly fish, or Nico by some sea urchin. This all usually happens at the beach by the way. Perks of living in paradise. haha There was also a time when I had to help a guy who got hit in the face with something when his BBQ blew up! SO random I know!! It created a pretty big gash right on his cheek and I was able to help clean it for him until he went to the hospital to get stitched up. Yikes! Needless to say I carry this first aid kit in my car now so I can have it with me on the go and if I need it at home I can just run to the car and grab it. Along with the things I mention below we also like to keep distilled white vinegar in the car for stings. And a small pair of scissors to cut the tape would be helpful too.

Here is what I currently have in my first aid kit, but always looking for more things to add that are as natural as we can get and useful. So if you have any tips please share them in the comments below!
