Tips for Choosing the Best Bread:

  1. The less ingredients the better!
  2. Try baking your own bread with Sprouted Whole Grains or buying it from a Farmers Market or Local Bakery.
  3. Choose Whole Grain. Studies show that eating whole grains instead of refined grains lowers the risk of many chronic diseases. Source.
  4. Avoid any bread that contain high fructose corn syrup and soy. Especially if it’s not organic. 95% of Soy in the US is GMO! Not only that, but it’s not very good for you anyways!
  5. True Sourdough Bread may be able to be tolerated by those with Celiac Disease. Study here.
