Recipe: Green Berry Smoothie

Been working on some smoothie recipes. LOVE the way this one came out and it’s so easy to make too! You can also place the contents into popsicle molds for a delicious frozen treat!

1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1 kiwi
3 raspberries
1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
1/2 cup water
Large handful of spinach
1/2 tbs molasses (optional)

Directions: blend for 20-30 seconds (i use a magic bullet) and serve

Yields: 1-2 servings
