Recipe-Green Mango Yogurt Smoothie

One of my goals this summer was to make 3 healthy smoothie recipes for my family so I decided to make one for lunch today. This smoothie turned out SO delicious that it will be a staple in my home for sure! My 11 month old gobbled it up for lunch too! I bought all of the ingredients for this smoothie at Wholefoods.

1 banana (cut up)
1 kiwi (cut up)
8 frozen mango chunks
Handful of baby Spinach or 3 Kale leaves (or both!) (torn)
2oz plain organic plant based yogurt of choice (We love coconut milk yogurt)
4oz water

Put all ingredients into blender and Blend for 20 seconds (I used magic bullet) but no more then 60 sec

Yields 1-2 servings

My husband is addicted to smoothies. He usually buys them out but I like to try to make them at home too. I’m putting this one on my list.

I just started making them for my husband and I’m glad he likes them. And I’ve been feeding them to my baby and he loves them! so I’m a happy mama! 🙂 hope you like the recipe! I’ll be posting some other ones when I get the chance. I’ve made about 3 different o es this week!
