Snack Time-Lemon Pepper Kale Chips

1 Head of Kale
1/2 lemon
About 1-2 Tbs of Olive oil (enough so it coats)
Lemon pepper seasoning (to taste)
Sea salt (optional)
Love, love, love kale! Thanks to my friends inspiration for these. This is a delicious healthy snack that can be eaten every day! They can easily replace potato chips too!

1. Preheat oven to 275
2. Wash kale and pat dry
3. Tear kale in large pieces from stem and place in large bowl
Coat the kale in olive oil.
4. Place kale on baking sheet and season with lemon pepper & a little sea salt if you’d like.
5. Bake until its crispy but not brown (about 20 min)
6. Once it’s crispy put in a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
7. Enjoy your snack!
